Reiko Kinoshita | 木下 令子 (b. 1982, Kumamoto, Japan) Graduated from Musashino Art University Graduate School, Department of Painting, Fine Arts Course in 2009. Centered on the question, “Can the passage of fleeting time be captured in painting?”, Kinoshita explores images that are not rendered by direct hand-drawing, incorporating phenomena such as sunburn, photosensitivity, and movement. Eschewing the use of brushes, her technique intentionally embraces the natural folds and textures of paper or fabric while applying acrylic paint in a mist-like form using a spray gun. In some works, the canvas continues to transform even after completion as it reacts to its environment—an approach through which she endeavors to engage with elusive phenomena and realities. 2009年武蔵野美術大学大学院 造形研究科美術専攻油絵コース修了。「うつろう時間の経過を絵にすることはできるだろうか」という問いを軸に、日焼け・感光・移動といった現象を取り込みながら、手で描かれざるイメージを探求する。筆を使わず、紙や布の折り目や質感を意図的に取り込み、スプレーガンで霧状のアクリル絵具を吹き付ける技法で絵画を制作。作品によっては、制作後も環境に応じて変容し続けるものもあり、捉えきれない事象や事実に迫る試みを行っている。 Exhibition ~2025 winter~《 Unnamed hours 》 https://reikokinoshita.tumblr.com/ Soshi Matsunobe | 松延 総司 (b. 1988, Kumamoto, Japan) Graduated from Kyoto Saga University of Art in 2008. Matsunobe's work focuses on elusive subjects such as "lines," "shadows," "the unconscious," and "ground," exploring how these elements are perceived and manifested in human experience. His practice involves extracting and reconstructing the underlying principles and characteristics of these phenomena. Recent exhibitions include "not a house" (MBL Architectes, Paris, 2024) and "VOCA Exhibition 2024: Visions of Contemporary Art" (The Ueno Royal Museum, Tokyo, 2024). 2008年京都嵯峨芸術大学短期大学部卒業。「線」「影」「無意識」「地」など捉えどころのない事物を主題とし、それらがどのように人々に知覚され、存在しているのか、その法則や特性を抽出／再構築するような作品を制作している。 近年の主な展覧会に、「not a house」（MBL Architectes、パリ、2024年）、「VOCA展2024 現代美術の展望」（上野の森美術館、東京、2024年）、「石と植物」（滋賀県立美術館、滋賀、2022年）などがある。 Exhibition ~2024 autumn~《 Common trees 》 Tomoyuki Ueno | 上野 友幸 (b. 1982, Hyogo, Japan) Since 2009 Ueno has lived in Berlin and Kobe. Ueno has been invited to show his works internationally, Print Art Triennale 2016 at Kyoto Municipal Museum of Art as well as 6th Moscow International Biennale for Young Art in 2018, and "VOCA Exhibition 2023: Visions of Contemporary Art" (The Ueno Royal Museum, Tokyo, 2023) 東京芸術大学大学院を修了後、2009年からベルリンと神戸を拠点に国内外で活動。DAAD(ドイツ学術交流会)奨学生、ポーラ美術振興財団在外研修員としてベルリン芸術大学を修了し、2017年よりクンストラーハウス・ベタニエンにて一年間のレジデンスに参加。2018年にはモスクワ・ビエンナーレ・フォー・ヤングアートに、2023年にはVOCA展に選出され、2024年はギャラリー住吉橋(堺)とGalerie Martin Mertens (ベルリン) で個展を開催している。 Exhibition ~2024 autumn~《 Common trees 》 Masataka Kurose | 黒瀬 正剛 (b. 1978, Osaka, Japan) Masataka Kurose is an artist currently living in Nara. In 1999 he graduated from Seian University of Art and Design’s Illustration Course in the Department of Creative Arts. Through various colored lines derived from brush-and-ink art forms, Kurose’s visual practice is a constant process of expressing the world as a totality of energy prior to its division into letters, symbols, and pictures. 1999年、成安造形短期大学造形芸術学科 イラストレーションクラス卒業。 色彩を帯びた、筆墨に由来する多様な線を用いて、この世界を、文字・記号・絵画などによって文節化される以前のエネルギーの総体としてとらえるべく、制作を続ける。2022年、初となる作品集「Dots - Lines」を刊行。 Exhibition ~2024 summer~《 Dance in HANGESHO 》 Masanori Matsuda | 松田 壯統 (b. 1982, Hyogo, Japan) Graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts at Tokyo University of the Arts. From 2017 to 2018, he resided in Ireland as an overseas research fellow for the Pola Art Foundation, and from 2019 to 2021, he stayed in Poland as a trainee under the Agency for Cultural Affairs' Program of Overseas Study for Upcoming Artists. Matsuda's work explores the interconnectedness between nature and humanity by unfolding insights drawn from field research into spatial expressions. He articulates the dynamic flow of vitality that animates nature, society, and everyday life. In 2018, he participated in exhibitions themed on "death and rebirth" in Ireland, Switzerland, and China, and in 2019, he took part in international biennales in Poland and Germany. More recently, he has exhibited in events such as the Pola Museum Annex Exhibition 2022. 東京芸術大学大学院美術研究科修了。 2017-18 ポーラ美術振興財団在外研修員としてアイルランド、2019-21文化庁新進芸術家海外派遣制度研修員としてポーランドに滞在。 自然と人の連動性をフィールドリサーチから空間に展開し､ 自然、社会、生活における生命力の流れの良さを表現する。 2018年に「死と再生」をテーマとした展覧会 (アイルランド・スイス･中国)、2019年に国際ビエンナーレなど(ポーランド・ドイツ)を経て、近年はポーラミュージアムアネックス展2022などに参加している。 Exhibition ~2024 summer~《 Dance in HANGESHO 》 Yukawa-Nakayasu (b. 1981, Osaka, Japan) Yukawa-Nakayasu creates artworks that reinterpret and recontextualize the activities of people inherent in history, customs and habits, to visualize the unspoken phenomena and issues of the present. In 2019, they co-founded the art hub TRA-TRAVEL and produce exhibitions as a team, such as "In the Era of Asia’s Post-LCC” (Kyoto Art Center) in 2020. 「歴史や習俗や習慣に内在する人々の営み」を現代へと再解釈 / 再文脈化する事を通して、 現在起きている言語化できない現象や問題を視覚化する芸術活動を国内外で行っている。2019年からアートハブ TRA-TRAVELを立ち上げ、2020年『ポストLCC時代の 』(京都芸術センター)などの展覧会をプロデュースする。 Exhibition ~2024 summer~《 Dance in HANGESHO 》
